No change to what's left of the tower, but the process of sorting the debris is well underway. It seems odd that they haven't turned the last part into rubble. One would expect the foundation to go down a fair way, so maybe we'll see a different piece of equipment on site soon.

The large hydraulic claw is gone, looks like the focus is on site clean-up.

Working on a Saturday, and in the fog. They must be behind schedule!

The elevator core has been reduced to six floors. I wish I had seen them working on that.

A foggy day and the west side is shrinking.

Today I went down to the site to get some closer shots. Foundation work on the new development is underway; presumably this is for the townhouses. The tangle of rebar is an indication of the care the developer is taking to recover materials. There's also a shot of a machine that crushes the concrete to extract the metal.

I also missed getting a fuel truck pulling out. They appear to be fueling this project with bio-diesel.

Four days later, all the East rooms are destroyed above the fourth floor. The West side is being dismantled.
